The meat masters, Eric and Jacob, have struck again… say hello to The Pig’s Gig. At last, southern style BBQ has arrived in San Diego. Six years ago Eric and Jacob set out on a food truck adventure known as Mastiff Sausage Company. This grew into two locations, Liberty Station and North Park, and of course you can still catch the food truck around town. As meat connoisseurs with a thriving sausage company, their passion motivated them to deliver even more mouth-watering treats. Chef Eric Gallerstein is an experienced and diverse culinary professional that has traveled the globe. Co-founder Jacob Bartlett brings expertise in customer service, quality assurance, and a sizzling personality to the gig. At the Pig’s Gig all of the meats will be smoked on location in Liberty Public Market and delivered to perfection.
